An RTGS system is a critical component in modern well designed financial infrastructures. It provides the cornerstone against which new electronic and risk-free payment services can be developed. Decillion has partnered with Perago to bring their state-of-the-art RTGS system to central banks in the Asia / Oceania region. 

The Perago RTGS system has been deployed by several central banks, and has been recently selected to replace the RTGS system in Sweden.  Key features include: 

§       Is modular and scalable both in terms of processing capacity and functionality, providing a flexible system that can adapt to changing market conditions and business requirements.

§       SWIFT compliant, the system can be integrated into SWIFT and utilize the FIN copy services facilitating STP.

§       Designed to comply with Bank of International Settlements (BIS) Core Principles on Systemically Important Payment Systems.
